Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During high volume periods, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Carriers
We ship all orders using the following carriers:

Ukrposhta
For domestic orders within Ukraine, we primarily use Nova Poshta.
For international shipments, we use either Nova Poshta Global or Ukrposhta International, depending on destination availability, shipping class, and service reliability.
3. Shipping Destinations
We ship both domestically within Ukraine and internationally to most countries worldwide. If your destination is not supported by our shipping partners, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or cancel the order with a full refund.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, package size, weight, and destination. Some items may have fixed-rate shipping or free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.
5. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier, customs procedures, and local postal services.
Estimated delivery times:

Within Ukraine: 1 to 3 business days

Europe: 7 to 21 business days

North America: 10 to 30 business days

Other international destinations: 10 to 45 business days
Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Once a package is handed to the carrier, transit times are outside of our control.
6. Tracking
All shipped orders include a tracking number. Tracking updates may be delayed depending on the carrier and the destination country’s postal system.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed parcel, or failure of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs. Refunds for returned items are issued only after the product has been received back in original condition.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the outcome. Carrier investigations can take up to 30 days.
